President-Elect Obama has promised change and unity. He seems to be busy organizing his cabinet and policies to align with that purpose. One of the publicly visible steps toward that goal is a website at change.gov that includes a page titled "America Serves".

Minn and Wis called for Obama with 0% reporting?

How is it that MSNBC has called Minnesota and Wisconsin, at 10 electoral votes each, for Obama with 0% of the polls reporting? They have also called Michigan, with 17 electoral votes, for Obama with 5% of the precincts reporting but McCain in the actual lead of the votes counted.
